With the Evolve Assessment, we start by uncovering what your organization is truly about through the perception of the 8 Neuroactivation Centers. We listen to the voices of the leaders, key stakeholders, and employees, gathering insights directly from the people who drive your organization. Then we conduct an internal SWOT analysis—we identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

From there, we design a program that not only addresses the weaknesses but also leans into your strengths, ensuring that potential threats don’t take hold. Our focus is on building on the opportunities to grow and excel.

Following our diagnostics, we engage in a series of transformative interviews with your team members. These are a powerful connection tool in our unique approach. Through these interpersonal interviews, we develop a nuanced internal team SWOT analysis tailored to your team (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). In our SWOT, we are looking for the tension points causing misalignment and disconnect in leadership.

Plan

Through the interviews, we develop a thorough SWOT analysis tailored to your team. This analysis goes beyond conventional frameworks, focusing on identifying and understanding the tension points that undermine team cohesion and efficiency. At the same time, we uncover the unifying strengths that form the backbone of your team's potential and identify tangible opportunities for sustained growth. Based on our findings, we develop a detailed strategic culture plan to realign your culture and enhance connectivity at all levels.

Train
